Self-Schedule COVID-19 Tests

Eligible individuals can schedule COVID-19 tests at the university for either the asymptomatic or symptomatic test sites through

If you encounter difficulties with self-scheduling, assistance with scheduling is available 7 days a week through the Campus COVID Resource Line (CCRL) at 203-432-6604. In most cases, same-day testing is possible. Yale Health Acute Care (203-432-0123) is available 24-7 if needed.

Faculty, Staff, Trainees, Graduate and Professional Students
Yale is offering testing to all faculty, staff, trainees, and graduate and professional students. All Yale students, faculty, staff, trainees, are eligible regardless of insurance. Family members who live in residential colleges are also eligible.

Yale Health Dependents
You may directly schedule an appointment for Yale Health dependents through the link below if you meet the following criteria:

  1. You are a Yale employee with Yale Health insurance AND
  2. The dependent you wish to schedule for has MyChart Account OR
  3. You have MyChart proxy for your minor child (under age 18)

If You Test Positive

In order to protect the community, if your test is positive you will be asked not to come to campus. You will receive a call from Yale Health to explain your results, and you should seek care with your primary care clinician as needed. Your supervisor or, for graduate and professional students, your Health and Safety Leader will be notified, to provide support and address any safety issues in your workplace if you have been reporting to work. The Yale Contact Tracing Team will contact you to perform contact tracing.
